Warranty
- The item is brand new in original packaging. The item cannot be defective since we tested every item before we sent out the package to make sure it works flawlessly before packing for shipment.
- The only reason it is 100% working at our office but cannot work properly at your side because of careless installation procedures that blows the item. Please read the Installation Guide or User Menu provided and follow the instructions to minimize any problem on the use of the item.
- Please retain the warranty card to obtain the warranty card you reserve. The warranty card is on the last page of the User Manual.
- How to do the warranty : The warranty will be covered by natural faulty not including man- made damaged. If you receive a defective item or any item needs to be repaired under the warranty period, buyers must advise us within 3 days of receipt and take a picture to show us the damage part and outside of package after received the item. We will try to help you to solve the problem by e-mail or telephone. If still have problem, please kindly send back the defective item for our repair by freight prepaid. Returning postage is buyer's responsibility.
- If it is our quality's problem, we will repair it and send the repaired item to you for free of charge. If the damage cause by wrong operation, we will ask for maintenance cost.
