Warranty Policy for iBoite Products

iBoite X is covered by 18 Months Warranty. iBoite E is covered by 12 Months Warranty. Periods start after first device boot.

Warranty Return for defective item due to damage/fault:

• Customers will send back the product via non reimbursable shipping
• Customers shall notify us of return via phone call / email
• The product should be returned with original packaging intact. If not, we will not accept it

Warranty Policy states that it does not cover any man-made damage/fault.  The Warranty Policy only covers damage due to passage of time or normal use. If damage/fault is determined to be man-made or caused deliberately, customer will be charged a maintenance fee and shipping fee before product can be shipped back. Damage due to careless installation of product is non-applicable for return, so please read the installation manual carefully.
If product is determined to be faulty due to natural machine fault, we will repair the product free of charge and reimburse shipping back to the customer.
