Delivery
  • We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 2 working days(48 hours). Monday to Friday.
  • West Malaysia normally takes no more than 3 to 5 working days. For East Malaysia and Singapore delivery, please allow 5 to 10 working days. This estimation time is based on overall our successful deals, the delaying are sometime due to custom declarations, out of stock issue or late delivery by the courier service company. Your understanding is highly appreciated.​
  • Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your order. We are unable to take responsibility for the delay or loss of a parcel where incorrect or incomplete delivery details have been provided.
  • Shipping fees may vary based on your location and the item size/weight. Please contact our customer service for further information.
  • Parcel Insurance: Parcel insurance is calculated by multiplying the product price by 1.6% for West and East Malaysia. For example, purchase RM200 total package, the premium is RM200 x 1.6% = RM203.2O. Parcel insurance is the responsibility of the consumer to protect your parcel lost and damage. Consumers can choose whether to buy parcel insurance. If the package is lost, consumers will receive the relevant courier company compensation. If the consumer chooses not to buy parcel insurance, the parcel loss will not be the responsibility of the LittleYap.   • Customers are liable to track their own given tracking number from the respective courier websites. All of the items will be examined to ensure in good condition before we pass to courier. However, after we send out through the courier company, it is not under our control whatsoever of the handling of the parcel by the courier companies staffs. Hence we are not responsible for the parcel during shipment transit.​​
