​销售和营销工作职责 :
- 通过随时提供信息, 从事优质的客户服务
即使面对失败 , 也要坚持销售.
- 展示客户和管理层认为必要的产品和服务, 根据需要安排约会和会议.
- 回答客户的问题, 通过各种资源使自己和其他销售人员可以随时获得产品知识.
- 寻找在面对低迷市场时销售产品的方法, 研究客户群以寻找新类型的客户.
- 创建计划以获取客户, 然后根据保修或担保保留客户.
- 分析并制定参与目标市场的计划, 使产品吸引目标市场.
- 在销售艺术中培训其他销售人员, 确保所有销售人员在特定时期内达到配额.


Sales & Marketing   
Provides first-class service in order to push the sales of a certain product. Acts as an intermediary between producers and clientele. Makes necessary phone calls and meetings to help sales. Allows people to make inquiries as necessary.
Sales and Marketing Job Duties :
- Engages in superior customer service by making information readily available
Persists in sales even in the face of failure.
- Demonstrates products and services as deemed necessary by clients and management. Schedules appointments and meetings as necessary.
- Answers questions from clients. Makes product knowledge readily available to self and other sales people through various resources.
- Finds ways to sell products in the face of a down market. Researches client base to find new types of customers. 
- Creates a plan for gaining customers and then retaining them based on warranties or guarantees.
- Analyzes and creates a plan for engaging the target market. Makes product appeal to the target market.
- Trains other sales people in the art of selling. Makes sure that all salespeople meet quota during a given period.

Product Manager Job Duties:
- Determines customers' needs and desires by specifying the research needed to obtain market information.
- Recommends the nature and scope of present and future product lines by reviewing product specifications and requirements;appraising new product ideas and/or product or packaging changes.
- Provides information for management by preparing short-term and long-term product sales forecasts and special reports and analyses; answering questions and requests.
- Facilitates inventory turnover and product availability by reviewing and adjusting inventory levels and production schedules.
- Introduces and markets new products by developing time-integrated plans with sales, advertising, and production.
- Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.

Tech Team
As the company's technical support. Help team members solve technical problems. Train other employees on how to solve basic product repair technical problems.

Technical staff job responsibilities:
- Perform various duties depending on the situation and current company needs.
- Install software and hardware systems, uninstall old programs, repair hardware, electronics and a wealth of electronics knowledge.
- Repair and maintenance of servers, personal computers, electronics and other technical equipment.
- Test and repair various electronic systems or instruments. Test or troubleshoot equipment to locate and resolve problems, order parts as needed, and replace or repair parts. This includes reassembling the board, motor components or other structures within the system.
- Work with team members to solve complex and routine product technical issues.
- Communicate with individuals by phone and email to solve technical problems.
- Keep abreast of current trends and technologies, and suggest ways to help companies keep up with industry technical standards.
Technician skills and qualifications:
Mechanical Skills – From reading wiring diagrams and schematics to using soldering equipment, electronic technicians possess a mechanical aptitude.

Network Knowledge, Strong Verbal Communication Skills, Good Coaching Skills, Passion, Technical Industry Knowledge, Extensive Software Knowledge, Electronic Product Knowledge, Problem Solving and Product Repair Skills.
